VDL Konings is a high-tech development and manufacturing partner. We specialise in fully integrated turnkey solutions for the manufacturing industry. We design, build, and deliver complete machines and production lines. Our process covers everything from initial user requirements and system design to installation and commissioning on site.
From our state-of-the-art facility of 18,500 m² in Swalmen (NL), we combine mechanical, electrical, and software engineering with our own production, testing, and project management. With 150 years of manufacturing experience, we deliver reliable, predictable, and fully integrated solutions for daily production. We develop, integrate, and implement complete turnkey machines and production lines for a wide range of industrial applications, including:

Projekt
Completely Automated Production Line
For a major Dutch supplier of fibre-reinforced composite products, we have delivered a high-volume production line. It can process moulds weighing up to 6 tonnes. The line includes over 200 metres of transport systems, shuttles, rotating tools, a portal, and a temperature-controlled warehouse for 96 moulds. All these systems are PLC-controlled using in-house developed software and managed by a SCADA system.
