Protecting your installation from
BLOCKAGES AND DAMAGE

The VDL Konings coarse material separator is specifically designed to remove large, hard objects from sludge. This robust machine protects your installation from blockages and damage, ensuring efficient processing of sludge with a dry solids content of 15–50%.

Available in two models:

  • SUW 300-900
  • SUW 300-1400

Universally applicable

No adjustments are needed for different types of sludge – plug & play.

Adjustable roller gap

Customizable roller gap (3–15 mm) ensures optimal material separation.

High capacity

Processes up to 50 m³ per hour at a roller gap of 15 mm.

Effective separation

Removes foreign objects up to 400 × 200 × 200 mm for an optimal purification process.

Low-maintenance

With only two rotating rollers, the system ensures easy and economical maintenance.
