Hi, I'm Wesley Niesten, a 26-year-old and working at VDL Konings. I began this journey at the company two years ago as a New Product Logistics engineer (NPL), coordinating Engineering Changes within the internal organization. After a year, I transitioned to the Project Management department, where I now mainly focus on orchestrating multifaceted projects.

Hello, I’m Bram Burggraaf. On November 1, 2023, I started at VDL Konings as a Business Analyst. My focus is on the processes and the data they generate. I make this data accessible to the various departments in an easy-to-understand way. This allows my colleagues to better steer based on data and the insights they gain from it.

I'm Tim Janssen and I am working since a few years for VDL Konings. From my previous education in metal technology, I rolled into the Manufacturing Industry. I have also worked for another employer in the past, but I couldn't develop myself well there, which is why I went looking for a new challenge. My position is Material Handler. This involves being responsible for moving, collecting, and booking the goods you receive. We also package the goods and ensure that all documentation is in order. Loading and unloading are also part of the job.
